Copper-red in color. Minimal head. There is a powerful smell of raspberry and general sweetness. This is a hot beer. You can taste the alcohol in every sip. It feels a bit unbalanced. There is a nice sweetness throughout, especially on the palate. Share this monster.

Pours an amber-red color with a small white head. Strong sweet raspberry aroma which to me was incredibly appetizing! Smooth on the palate with a raspberry and light alcoholic taste. At 18% I was expecting much more alcohol flavor. Very tasty!

Haha it rhymes with port. And tastes far more like a licquer or heavy alcohol than beer. If you can appreciate fine drinks that are super sweet and knock you out.

One glass of this and I’m feeling the buzz. Aroma is raspberries (of course), with a substantial amount of alcohol. The appearance is a hazy ruby red, very small white head. The flavor is raspberries (duh!), and alcohol. The raspberries impart more of a sour than sweet taste. The finish is a warming alcohol with some fruit sweetness, like I just did a shot of apple jack. Decent beer, not as good as I expected, especially for the price of this beer. As I think of it, this beer reminds me of a lambic to some degree.

Bottle at EBF. Reddish copper, no head. Mixed fruits juice extract aroma, little bostik glue, very sweet. Liqueur like, sweet syrupy raspberry jam flavor. Alcoholic and peppery finish. Extremely sticky palate. This one goes over the top.

Courtesy of Tony @ OTH. Pours hazy amber. Aroma of crushed raspberries with a lot of sourness. Taste, very very boozy, loaded with nice raspberries, light sour taste that tingles the back palate and cheeks. Some nice caramel malts, but overall it is loaded with alcohol and real fruit puree.

Pours a murky brown color with little head to speak of. Aroma is sour fruit, raspberries and alcohol. Flavor is nice. Very tart, but there is so much alcohol here. It’s kind of burning the back of my throat. Like a ramped up sour beer with raspberry syrup added. Pretty decent fruit beer.

Deep red amber beer with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is dominatedby raspberry and malt, with port and sherry notes from the alcohol, and a touch of...mustard. Sweet and strong flavour, dominated by rapberry and alcohol.
