Commercial Description:
Why use just water? We brewed this beer with a batch of Ginger Peach Black tea. This tea was then blended with Wheat and Pilsner malts. The beer was then hopped exclusively with Sterling Hops. This beer has a wonderful peach aroma whereas the ginger is apparent in the flavor. 5 %ABV and 30 IBU's.

You know that book "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundaris? And the joke is that "unbearable" connotes heavy, so it’s a heavy lightness? This beer has been reading that book.

At brewpub in Sept. Pour was a hazy yellow/brown color witha small white head. Aroma really is mostly Peaches and ginger. The flavors are the same with some iced tea hints. Not bad.

GABF 06. Aroma is of peaches, and ginger, go figure. Taste is sweet peaches, ginger, with a lightly tart finish. pretty good.

This is actually a pretty delicious brew. Cloudy and much darker than a wheat. Sweet peach flavor initially, with the ginger adding a nice compliment.
