750 ml 06 bottle. Pours a very yellow color with a tiny white head. Smell is sweet with citrus. Tastes exactly how it smells. A good beer

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge light orangey head. The aroma is a bit on the light side with notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, and fruit - especially oranges. The alcohol leaves a burn in the cheeks and the throat.

Bottle thanks to AndyReynolds. An interesting beer, for a lager. Not what I expected from the taste. Fairly sweet and has some decent notes of citrus. It’s hard to think of it as a pilsner though.

2007 Bottle - Pours murky orange with a medium white head... aroma is musty fruit, booze, sweet and tart...flavour is malty and similarly tropical fruity, banana (not the belgian yeast banana, real banana), cream, some piney bitterness and a shit ton of booze...

2006 bottle, 2-3 years old. Quite malty aroma, slightly vinous, hint of dried fruit. Cloudy orange colour. The flavour has some vanilla, dried fruit. A bit oxidized, but has the right level of it. The alcohol is there, but does not take over. Good.

Poured yellow with white head. Aroma of pine. Started hoppy and finished malty. Not bad. Good balance.

12 Oz. Bottle. Pours a dark golden color with a white head. Aroma was really sweet, a smelled a bit of honey and citrus. Taste was sweet with a nice level of carbonation. Kind of let me down, I was expecting slightly more out of Dogfish Head.
