Dogfish Head Indian Brown with Maple Syrup

On tap at Brouwer’s Cafe IPA festival. Sounds from the description that it is similar to the 75 minute, but the menu definitely had it as brown w/maple syrup. Poured a flat black with no head (another indication it wasn’t the 75). Aromas of caramel and roasted malts as well as maple. Excellent taste combining a syrupy coffee with a bitter finish. The taste lingered just long enough.
