A_R (318), Georgia, USA Feb 2, 2008 Seems that their was not the ginger everyone seems to be talking about. It was a very yeasty bear with a heavy mouthfeel. Banana flavor with very little malt or hop profille.

Nice well balanced flavor with yeast, spices, and some earthy hops. Nice. Taste is about the same, ginger, yeasty, spicy and earthy. Average texture and carbonation. Decent beer. Nose of ginger, belgian yeasts and floral notes. Flavor is a sweet tripel with just a hint of ginger and spices. Medium bodied and sweet, but not cloying. One of the nicer spiced beers I’ve had.
