A clear red beer with a fine head. The aroma is yeasty with notes of earth and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, plums, and prunes. And the body is good.

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear dark amber. Aroma of caramel and honey. Sweet, near full bodied with lots of butter and caramel. Warming and complex, but on the sweet side.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a very pretty amber with a small, off-white head. Very rich, sweetish caramel aroma. Full-bodied with lots of caramel malt and some almost vinous, sherry-like accents. Disstinct sweetness but never cloying. Very subdued bitterness. 280306

This has an almost mahogany dark amber hue, a richly complex, malty, phenolic (bubbelgum), yeasty (banana), somewhat brandyish nose. The palate is unique to say the least. I’m picking up a lot of peppery, brandyish flavours, leafy hops...a very firm, lean body...very complex.

Bottle. Clear orange cloured with a small off white head. Aroma of malts and fruits with notes of dried fruits. Flavour of malts, fruits and dried fruits.
