Bottle: Poured a dark amber color with a tan head. The aroma was sweet, raisins, and caramel. The flavor was smooth, with brown sugar, beets, raisins, and malt. Overall, a smooth drinking beer.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Poured a clear, dark amber color with a one finger tan head. Lacing was minimal. Aroma of raisins, malt and some light alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt with a little brown sugar and caramel flavor on the end. Medium-heavy body with low carbonation. Good beer.

Poured a deep amber color with a foamy tan head. Aroma of sweet malts, particularly raisins, and slightly alcoholic. Flavor is pretty much straight up malts. No particular flavors stand out to me. Palate is nice... light bodies, refreshing, smooth.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark amber brown with off-white head. Aroam is brown suger, raisins, toffee and sweet malt. Flavor is of sweet malt, brown suger, toffee and raisins. A pleasent surprise as it is not yeasty like most belgain strong ales. Hides alcohol very well. Would buy again.
