Pours a hazy amber orange color, no head. Aroma is sweet malt with some orange notes and aged hops. Flavor is malty caramel with a bitter alcohol finish.

22 oz bottle via KP (thanks!).Pours a hAZY AMBER WITH A SMALL WHITE HEAD.Nose is caramel malts and fermented apricots. Taste starts with some sweet molasses, the some fruity apricots/peaches, then some resiny piney hops, and finishes with an alcohol bite. Light carbonation. Medium/full body. Needs a year or two to be drinkable i think.

From bomber. Copper pour with off white head. Nose is malty, fruits, brown sugar and caramel. Flavor follows, bitter in the finish with a medium palate. Too bad this one’s gone.

Bomber from TBC2 - thanks Matt! Hazy burnt orange with a small white head. Huge sweet malt aromas well tinged with orange citrus. Nice, sweet, fruity flavors, caramel, grapefruit. Just a tad sticky, but overall a solid brew.

’04 Bottle thanks to Goldtwins froma trade from awhile back. This poured a cloudy orange body with no/very thin head. Looks more like a liqour than a beer. Aroma is malty, bubble gum, licorice, fennel. Flavor is sweet with a malty aftertaste mixed with candied sugar, anise, brown sugar. Good brew. This could use another 3 years to it.

Thanks to Goldtwins for this one. Hazy orange color. sweet, sticky, rich, mild fruits, and malty aroma. The taste was the same with mild hops coming thru at the end. This is a great breer. Soft on the palate and VERY easy to drink.Dangerous brew here. Strange, this brew has a delicate taste to it, but don’t be fooled, it will do much damage. Wonder why Dogwood went under with a brew like this? Thanks, Larry

Thanks to BeerCellar2 for sharing this! Aroma is filled with banana, plum, malt, caramel. Pours caramel colored brown. The flavor is filled with malt, caramel, some alcohol, fruit, brown sugar, balanced with a nice hop spice. Where oh where has Dogwood gone, I didn’t know this brewery till it was already gone and i miss it?
