| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 18, 2007 ’04 Bottle thanks to Goldtwins froma trade from awhile back. This poured a cloudy orange body with no/very thin head. Looks more like a liqour than a beer. Aroma is malty, bubble gum, licorice, fennel. Flavor is sweet with a malty aftertaste mixed with candied sugar, anise, brown sugar. Good brew. This could use another 3 years to it. Ty5592 (1015), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 31, 2006 Updated: Mar 27, 2008Thanks to Goldtwins for this one. Hazy orange color. sweet, sticky, rich, mild fruits, and malty aroma. The taste was the same with mild hops coming thru at the end. This is a great breer. Soft on the palate and VERY easy to drink.Dangerous brew here. Strange, this brew has a delicate taste to it, but don’t be fooled, it will do much damage. Wonder why Dogwood went under with a brew like this? Thanks, Larry redlight (1475), Winter Park, Florida, USA
