big sweet roasted and coffee aroma, lots of sweet creamy roasted malt flavor, lasting light bitter finish, still a great stout after all these years with a bit more sweetness,

This beer rocks!
Pours as black as Midnight. Don’t spill it on anything. OxyClean couldn’t get that stain out. Small, khaki head doesn’t last or leave momentos.
The nose is of smoke, chocolate covered cherries, espresso and blackstrap molasses.
The flavor is well-balanced and true to the aroma. Hearty, burnt, bitter flavor.
Very full-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and feisty carbonation. Short, dry, toasty finish. Excellent, world class brew!
