Thanks to The_Beer_Cellar2 for this rare brew! Pours hazy orangey-golden with a fluffy white head that lingers and lingers leaving good lacing. Aroma is fruity and yeasty - hard apple cider, bit of citrus and belgian style yeastiness. Flavor is sweet, sweet - sweet bread with orange blossom honey and a yeast finish. Surprisingly light and refreshing for a winter ale (to me anyway), medium body and lively carbonation. Nice beer and I’m glad that I have one more waiting in my cellar!

Hazy orange body gives off a stronge citrus (orange) hop aroma. Flavor contains those same orangey hops, but they've taken on a pixie stick like quality now. Hints of doppelbock-esque brown sugar. Low carbonation level allows for a very smooth, creamy/oily mouthfeel.

I got this one via BrewBandit which i have to thank for getting this hard to get brew. Hazy golden color, small head that faded quite fast.Malty, fruity aroma with hints of yeast and spice as well.Very nice citrus taste somewhat syrupy and quite flavorful,Fairly spicy taste with a light malt and mild hops flavor, but mostly this brew seems to lean towards fruit and spice with the after taste being fruity, and spicy as well.Very decent brew not as high as some Belgians have been for ABV.but still decent in it's own right and worth having another.

Found this at green's on ponce for a mere $2.99 for the big nice bottle! It was the best thing I've ever had to come from dogwood. Very belgian.

Wow. Nice beer. Thanks to Aracauna. Pours yellow orange with a thick white head. The bottle gushed. Head disappears but leaves a thin coating throughout the session. Aroma is of fruit, like green apples and pears. Flavor is also fruity with a little spice. Very nice.

Amber in color, thin heads fades quickly. Aroma is very Belgianesque and fruity with clove and spice. It is toned down from an authentic belgian, however. Orange, pears and apricot flavor with some slight acidity--very nice for Georgia. Even though the alcohol might not be high this is an enjoyable drink, and one I appreciate when a strong Belgian won't always fit the bill.

Hazy golden color with very little head. Aroma is some bready Belgian yeast, with a hint of wheat and some citrus. Body is smooth, syrupy sweet and has a good yeasty spice. Sticky, lightly bitter finish. Good Belgian ale, and a treat from Georgia. My guess is that it's above 6% abv, but not by much.

Re-Rate: 2003 - It has been a long time since I have had this, until last night. This has aged so incredibly well. A quite amazing taste, 2 years after the fact. A really nice tripel, pours a hazy golden color with a nice frothy egg like head. Has a nice pixie stick kind of flavor on the tongue, some candi sweetness, with nice brown sugary sweetness in the finish. Incredibly complex rich and smooth Lilke the description says this is a very hearty ale, I did not care much for the clove, but it a subtle spiciness that was almost a peppercorn-esque flavor. A very nice clean finish, but not something I am going to miss after the holidays.
