I can’t remember who brought it (KP?) but thanks. Black witha ring of slightly yellowish brown foam. Thick, oily mouthfeel. Roasty with a deep chocolate complexity. Very smooth drinking with enough malt to back up everything else. HopsOrDie (687), New Lenox, Illinois, USA

Pours dark black with a brown head. Scents of roasted malt, banana, oak, and nuts come to the forefront. Flavor is full bodied, with a sweet chocolate/roastedness lasting throughout. This beer was awesome, the recipe would be worthy to buy seeing that they are out of business. 1FastSTi (2590), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA

Flavor is roasted malts, touch of chocolate, oakeness. Palate is full bodied, a touch of bitterness, very appealing. Why’d this company go out of business? I’ll never understand. Chocolate malts, some dark fruits, flowers, and a hint of sugar cookies make the the aroma very nice. Great taste. Chocolate, with a sugary cookie compliment.A bit of bitterness to balance this out and some dark fruits for an interesting kick. This was really good and its a shame this is no longer being made. walleye (882), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA
