Can, 500 ml, extract of wort 10,5 %
Head is thick, snowy white, quite long lasting. Colour of body is strawy. Aroma of hops, flavour is chalky, milky, little bit wattery and honey. Very drinkable and smartly and neatly crafted pilsener as for Polish beer tradition. Boletus (52), Poland Dec 15, 2006 Can. Golden color, big head. A surprising aroma of pears and smoke. Slightly disappointing and unbalanced mouthfeel, resembles citrus flavored bottled water. Marsiblursi (1404), Göteborg, Sweden Nov 12, 2006 (Bottle) Pours golden. Grassy, spicy aroma with sweet malt and a metallic touch. Light bitter malty flavour. A bit watery mouthfeel. Buttery and fudgy hints. Light body. Nekronos (1901), Xalapa, Mexico May 28, 2006 Not bad, a little flavorless but nice bubbling. Somewhat sweet as Polish beers, but not too much. frankenkitty (1789), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 21, 2005 I no longer have a tolerance for "scummy" heads: appearance = 1. Otherwise, golden-bodied and fairly flat. Intriguing aroma: perfumed, roasted, powdery & sweet with some deisel fumes to boot. Confusing flavor: sour malts with Plasticine and green vegetables... but I didn’t hate it. What a bizarre little beer.
