Honeyed apples and candy apples in the aroma and flavour. Clear golden amber. Nicely viscous. Sticky sweet. Long dry finish. Bottle (sampled at Mondial 2004).

(Bottle) Mondial de la Bière 2004. Orange coloured. Very thin. Nose of apples and honey. Scented more like a mead. Light and tangy with a alcoholic burn on the finish. Very good.
