Oct 5, 2007 Pours a crystalline and bright yellow. Fairly benign. Aroma is a touch muted, but does offer some nice apple and acidic aromas. The alcohol is more noticeable than in other ice ciders. Flavor is a bit tame, with a bracing acidity. very nice.

Apr 27, 2007 Deep blond color, still. Some aroma of apple, but also of plastic. Sweet but not cloying, good body, some concentrated apple sourness; all the elements seem to be there, but I think it’s nothing special; thou it’s my first Ice Cider.

Extremely full and rich in body with the immensely intense apple accents again. Sweetish - almost like a liqueur. Warming alcohol in the finish. Yummy. 230407
