Feb 27, 2005 [vintage 2002] The aroma is of apples, gorgonzola cheese, and wood. The color is orange with no head. The flavor is very sweet with notes of apples and wood. The mouthfeel is like sirup and the alcohol burns the throat. A fantastic cider. Thanks Jacob, for sharing.

Extremely full and rich in body with the immensely intense apple accents again. Sweetish - almost like a liqueur. Warming alcohol in the finish. Yummy. 230407

Apr 24, 2007 Sample from bottle. Pours golden. Aroma is slight sour but distinct dry apples. Flavour has quick some sweetness followed by a distinct bitterness and sour notes. Finish is dry. Fantastic.

Apr 27, 2007 Deep blond color, still. Some aroma of apple, but also of plastic. Sweet but not cloying, good body, some concentrated apple sourness; all the elements seem to be there, but I think it’s nothing special; thou it’s my first Ice Cider.
