Smell is a bit faint, and appley, with some hints of spices, like pie. It’s a bit sweeter than Neige, and it’s a bit tart in the middle and lacks a bit in the finish, it ends a bit quick. Still very nice. Mouthfeel is quite viscuous, and syropy, which is really nice. Pwn3d (1086), Manhattan, New York, USA

I was blown away with the level of depth this full bodied cider had. Having only experienced macro cider (Strongbow, Woodchuck, K) this opened my eyes into the complexity that a cider can have. I hope to have more of this. jredmond (1047), New Jersey, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jun 30, 2008 The worst part of this cider was that the bottle was 50mL. Great taste and complexity. The aroma is faint, but pleasant. The body is pretty standard. The taste is great though. TomDecapolis (3194), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
