Commercial Description:
This crisp cider is the perfect complement for picnics, light meals or crêpes. Enjoy it as a refreshing alternative to white wine.

Bottle. Bright yellow-gold pour. The aroma is quite nice. Bright, tart apple nose with a lot of malic acidity. A prominent fruitiness but also a strange cheesy funk as well. The flavour is very weird... loads of fusels and acetone-like fruitiness. Lingering sweetness and a touch of peppery booziness. It has a lot of acidity but it still seems very sweet. I quite enjoy the aroma, but the flavour is pretty damn brutal.

Bottle shared my JoeMcPhee. Very yellow, urine colored pour. No head. Aroma is strong, fusel, strong apple and little else. With breathing this becomes less chemically and a bit more appealing. The chemicals are still really strong in the mouth, though, rather tough to drink and off putting. Very fusel and strong, quite rough.

750ml.bottle shared with Quevillon. The color is gold with some sparkle. The taste is of very swet apples. It has a light taste wich is good for me not being a big cider fan. I would happely have it again

750ml blue bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with a lightly sweet notes and lightly funky ester. Very well balance and similar to a subtly sweet white wine. I prefer sparking cider with more character but still very good with dinner.
