Bottle pours perfectly clear yellow with a white head. Sweet grain, corn, mild hay, lemon, other citrus, the hops are mostly transparent in the nose, but the snappy bitterness is there, almost coming off as a sweet/sugar/mint character, but certainly sharp and bitter but with little hop flavor. Not bad, a little wet/oily, could use some more dryness, but it’s fresh and it’s tasty.

Jul 8, 2008 Bright yellow appearance with an average size white head and a fair amount of lacing. Grassy aroma offset by grainy malts. Well hopped, crisp, clean, bitter taste balanced with a biscuit-like maltiness. Light-to-medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel leading to a short lived finish.

Jul 8, 2008 Yellowish golden pour with a tiny white head. Fairly hoppy nose. Flavor is fairly standard pils with a bit more citrus. Light and crisp. Fairly tasty.

Jun 17, 2008 Loaded with citrus. Aroma, flavor and even a bit puckering on the palate. Lemon. Some bread. Enjoyable. Quite quaffable and a good warm weather pleaser.

Jun 10, 2008 Pours straw-yellow with a bright white head that drops fairly quickly. The aroma is that of grain and some breadiness, along with faint hops. The flavor is bready malt with a strong hop bitterness. The finish is quite dry.

Jun 1, 2008 Draft - This beer poured on incredibly clear golden color. Fresh and earthy aroma. The flavor of the beer was a little sweet and could have used a touch more bittering flavors. Very quenching.
