On tap at Dominon, Nov ’06. Pours cloudy, unfiltered apple cidery-brown with an off-white head. Nice toasty caramel nose with floral hops. Flavor has notes of sweet toffee, caramel, butterscotch and floral, herbal hops. Very bold, flavorful and more bitter than I was expecting (which I like). It was also stronger than I expected (the bartender said it was just about 6% abv). Full, round and silky on the palate with moderate carbonation. Makes for an overall excellent drinking experience.

Fall 2006 incarnation. Cloudy copper with a dense off-white head. Lovely ESB aroma. Lightly fruity a tad butterscotchy. The flavor is also kicking. Excellent palate, crisp and very satisfying and not at all overpowering. This is one of the best of the recent Dominion experiments. I would drink this everyday if available.

Murky orange-tan, very clouded, nice appearance. Not much head, but pretty sheeting as it slides off the glass. Nose lightly sweet, lots of caramel, and a bit nutty. Flavor is nicely light and sweet, lots of bready/caramel malts. FIne hoppy bit at the end, quite British. Rich and luscious. Insanely drinkable.

Cask... Poured a clear copper color with a small off white head and left nice lacing on the glass. Light dried citrus fruits, and tart aroma. Lightly hopped bitterness, sweet finish. Soft velvety mouthfeel.
