Commercial Description:
Dominion Lager is brewed using four types of malted barley: Two-Row Pale Brewer’s malt, Munich, Carapils, and Caramel. The bittering hops are Perle and Hallertau from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. The aromatic hops are domestic Tettnang, German Hallertau Hersbrucker, and Czech Saaz. This combination of malt and hops, along with a classic lager yeast from Germany, and the long, low-temperature lagering process results in a mild, smooth, flavorful, complex beer that is a delight to drink.

Tap at Dulles Airport. Nice looking clear golden colour with a slim white head. Sweet, malty and fruity aroma with a touch of honey. Sweet and fruity taste with some herbal hops and a touch of honey again. Medium bodied. A nice complex and impressive intrepretation.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that was lasting. Good complex balanced aroma. Medium body. Moderate hoppy grass flavor with a good moderate finish. Good complex brew.

Nice beer but not a Dortmunder anywhere but on the label. If anything, this resembles a Czech pilsener. Regardkessm it’s a nice, clean lager w/ plenty of herbal and grassy hops in the nose--as easy drinking as any American lager but w/ a nice complexity to it as well.

Thanks Immy for this beauty! Orange pour with a thin beige heads that sits around the edges. Like a barley wine! Caramel malt aromas, friut rind, oranges, and lots of hops. Sweet, and bitter flavours. Caramel, fruity and butterscotch bitterness. Nice! Smooth creamy mouthfeel, the best Helles I’ve had. Thanks so much Immy!

12 oz bottle - Pours golden with a nice white fuffy head. Aroma of light bread and some nice hops. Flavor is malty with some nice bitter yet not over the top hops to keep it in check. Palate is light and airy. Nice brew!

Thanks to richlikebeer for opening this one. A nice caramel arises from the glass. Appeared a nice clean golden with a white head. Flavor was good really stuck to style, caramel, malty doughy breadlike with just enough bitterness. Palate was nice and smooth with a light finish. this was a nice one

No head. Golden color. Aroma of citrus and hops. Citrusy taste with a little hops mixed in. Very smooth, refreshing beer. Definitely drink this one again.

pours a pale gold, no head, but a huge aroma of caramel and some citrus. real smooth flavor, the malts are strong up front and a real nice balance of the hops on the back end. very cool refreshing feel and a light aftertaste. one of the tastier Helles that i have come accros.
