The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hops with a dry end. The mouthfeel is sticky. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 13, 2004 Bottled. Golden colour, no head. Strong aroma of mashed apples. Fruity with clean, gently rounded mouthfeel. Malty with some hop presence but low bitterness. The apple aroma carries on to the finish, destroying an otherwise well made beer. A good beer with a serious flaw. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Aroma is medium malt-secondary light hops. Taste is sweet medium/light malt, light hops with flatness, like Corona/Dos Equis. OK carbonation. Rastacouere (5565), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 9, 2005 A faint white cover thrones over this light gold hue. Crisp aromas of oily hops, highly floral with plenty of herbal, seedy malty nuances and a touch of diacetyl. Incredibly soft toasted malt is highly elegant in here, very biscuity with just battered butter undertones. Grassy soft hops bring petals and algae original hints. Crisp palate, slightly oily texture, moderately carbonated. Greatly executed and quenching. It is 5 months old now and I suspect it would have been excellent within the first few weeks.
