Commercial Description:
Octoberfest's decidedly malty flavor comes from a generous portion of Vienna Malts. The maltiness is balanced by German and Czech Republic noble hops for dryness. The balance between the malt and the hops and the long, cold (30 degrees F) maturation process make this an exceptionally drinkable beer.

Poured a clear reddish amber with a thin tannish white head that quickly diminshed. Malt and caramel in the aroma. Sweet up front in the flavor. Grainy malt flavor with some biscuit. Nice hops in the back end, with some sweetness. Moderate mouthfeel and carbonation. Dry finish. Clean and tasty.

In short: A spicy soft candy in a bottle. Not bad, fun at first, but a single 12oz bottle is enough.
How: Bottle 12oz. Consumed fresh a few weeks after Oktoberfest. Sent to me as a bonus by nimbleprop, thanks a lot Andrew
The look: Clear amber body topped by a short lived beige head
In long: The light nose offers a lightly spiced bakery dessert aroma. Taste is a little more intense than the shy nose. Bready malts, some soft candies, light spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, woody hops, dry tree bark, some berries, earthy notes. Overall I had a sensation of those soft sweet chewy spicy candies. Body was a oily and carbonation fizzy. The spicy character was taking more and more room as I drank my bottle and by the end of the bottle it was getting a little too much. Overall a decent but forgettable beer. USA is not the place to enjoy the best Oktoberests, but they have great wild spring breaks with chicks making out.

Malty, amber bodied, thick head, Marzen with adequate bitterness and a crisp spiced flavor. This is my first Dominion beer since Coastal has taken over brewing the line.

Yeasty aroma of roasted malt and cherries. Crystal clear dark amber, thin head. Medium bodied, soapy and frothy. Bitter malt, oak finish. Leans toward a weak brown ale.

Dark caramel color with a disappearing head. Weak aroma, mostly yeast and a little earthiness to it. Flavor was standard Oktoberfest - quite a bit of spice and typical German yeast. Smooth on the palate.

Earthy yeast aroma, dark amber slightly cloudy, tan head which starts out thick and creamy but thins out rather quickly. Flavor is pretty robust, lightly spicy and smooth. Better than I expected overall.

A nice mellow beer that starts with a full maltiness and finishes slightly dry. Good balance of malt and hops. Overall good not great

Pours a dark coppery amber with a decent white head that doesn’t stick around too long. Aroma is strongly malty with a yeasty hint and a subtle earthy undertone. Flavor is malty and a little earthy, with what may be a touch of cloves and just a whisper of sweetness. Texture is nice and smooth, not very tingly.
