The Spring Brew varies year-to-year. The back label should state what style it is, so make sure you rate the correct style!

Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, along with Saaz and East Kent Golding hops. Authentic Belgian Ardennes yeast give it a true Belgian flavor.

Pours a clear lightly-effervescent golden with a small, frothy white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale Belgian malt with a hint of bready Belgian yeast. Body starts fairly full and bready sweet with a hint of tartness for balance before a drier finish. A pretty decent Belgian golden.

Poured a clear pale yellow color with a large white head. Heavy spice in the aroma. The flavor had a strong spice but balanced. Gives some warmth.

Bottle at The Comet. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate sweet balanced yeasty aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
