Commercial Description:
Known Vintages: 2007

The Spring Brew varies year-to-year. The back label should state what style it is, so make sure you rate the correct style!

Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, along with Saaz and East Kent Golding hops. Authentic Belgian Ardennes yeast give it a true Belgian flavor.

From a twelve ounce bottle purchased for me by my girlfriend Nancy for Christmas - This brew pours a hazey golden fluid with a very fast-fading white head and a honey-like aroma. Tastewise, there’s a lot of malt body to this beer, but it is pretty one-note and simple. Still, I like it!

Pours a light golden color with a nice inch of white frothy head. Smell is malty with some yeasty, barnlike scents. Taste is much better. Lots of spice coming through in the flavor. This was a nice surprise and change of pace. Decent mouthfeel. Good and clean.

1st wiff is a little funky ... after it airs out for a few minutes, aroma is sweet malts and yeast, some spice .... taste is a little too sweet, but smooth .... a little bit of a waxy finish .... its OK and a local brewer, so I wouldn’t ever turn it down when it comes back around

Poured a clear pale yellow color with a large white head. Heavy spice in the aroma. The flavor had a strong spice but balanced. Gives some warmth.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber boy with lots of carbonation. Large rocky off-white head. Sweet highly spiced fruity aroma. Highly spiced flavor which hides any other flavors.
