Commercial Description:
... a refreshing Belgian-style Blonde Ale, flavored with honey, and if you have a discerning palate, a hint of chamomile and orange. The wheat malt gives the crispness of an early Spring day, and we think you’ll find it every bit as enjoyable.

Golden effervescent body with a tall white head. Mild aroma - a little sweet and a little yeasty and a little spicy. Light, sweet, slightly fruity flavor with lightly sweert, slightly grainy, aftertaste.

pours a hazy orange-honey color with a foamy white head that dissipates very quickly. aroma is bready and citrusy but fairly mild and boring. flavor is slightly medicinal and spicy,,,light orange and slightly yeasty. very muddled. mouthfeel is a bit thin and finish is dry and spicy.

Nice concept that may grow on me. High carbonation. Good use of honey. Not overpowering, but there. It is set off nicely against the citrus and other spices. Almost like soda pop!

Pours a typical clear amber with a thick but not persistent white head. Does have a little carbonation in it. Aroma is not strong but has good malty/wheaty crispness and just a touch of honey sweetness. Flavor is quite strong and satisfying, making up for the wan aroma - not complex, but mouth-filling, wheaty and crisp with just a hint of hop bitterness and whispers of honey and citrus. Texture is quite fizzy and lively.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells of grass, hay, some sweet hints, perfumy. Tastes of clove, sugary sweet, some sweet citrus.

Murky orange/brown pour with a thin but lasting head. Aroma is yeasty with banana and spice. Very sweet flavor, yeasty up front, clove and citrus towards the finish. Pretty boozy, lingering alcohol. Meh.

(12oz bottle) Large off-white head that slowly dissipates atop hazy light amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange peel, light coriander. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, orange peel, some coriander, chamomile. Some astringency in there as well. Effervescent light-medium body with light stickiness.

This brew had a really light refreshing taste. Light golden color and a little kick in the end. I enjoyed a lot and look forward to trying more from this brewer
