Had this off tap last night at the brewery. Pours a pale straw color, nice and cloudy. The aroma wasn’t very pronounced, but had a hint of citrus. The flavor was lightly spiced, but not strong enough in my opinion. It was more american wheat and not enough wit in my opinion. That didn’t stop me from drinking a few though.

May 16, 2008 Sampler off the brewery taps 05/10/2008. Pale straw color slightly cloudy. Slight citrusy/fruity aroma.
Fairly grainey flavor with spicey corriander overtones and moderate hop bitterness.

May 12, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Very slightly hazy golden body with a small off-white head. Light clove and faint banana aroma with some lemongrass. Lemongrass and faint clove flavor. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.
