Pours a nice sparkling gold colour with a white head. Yeasty and slightly citrus aroma. Strong yeast flavour with a strong citrus and vanilla taste. Quite spicy and hoppy.

Pour deep copper-brown with a medium sized tan head. Lavendar, metallic notes and a malty bitterness. Not great.

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark amber color with a large orange-white head. The aroma was sweet, tart, yeasty and had a strong candied fruit note. The flavor was tart, bitter and had a strong cane sugar presence with strong ripe apple and pear. The finish was long tart and tangy. The mouthfeel was thick. Wonderful.

Pours hazy burnt amber. Smells sweet and fruity. Tastes thick with fermented fruits, sticky molasses and burnt sugars, plums, black cherries, raisins, some nuts. Aftertaste is sticky sweet.

750ml bottle from the LCBO The aroma is malty with a touch of sweetness and alcohol Pours a ligh hazy copper with a good sized frothy head no glass lacing at all The taste is slightly sweet and fruity but i do not find it as sweet as a lot of people seem to i find it a touch watery for a triple with too much alcohol taste
