Bottle. Dark brown colour with a tan head. Aroma is malt, cellar notes, prunes. Flavour is sweet, malt, cellar notes, prunes, dried fruits. Strange beer.

Bottle. A clear, brown beer with a tan head of moderate to small size. Sweet, sugary maltyness on the nose, dried fruits blending in. The flavor is sweet and malty, with cellar and dried fruits, some malt extract as well. Thin and sticky mouthfeel. Sweet finish. A rather unusual beer in a way, but quite pleasant for it’s ABV-range and style. 090925

Dark color, brow-beige head (medium lasting), medium to low carbonation. Aroma: chocolate, roasted coffee, caramel. Flavor: very sweet, roasted, caramel, chocolate, very light bitterness. Body was slighty watery. Like a slighty fermented Malzbier. Good when you dont want something heavy of not use to drink beer. 330 ml supermarkt in Eindhoven.

Taste on 04.10.’09. Bought @ Mitra. Brown color with reddish shine, and a beige creamy head. Aroma sweet, malts. Thin body. Taste not like an belgian old brwon but more a sweet table beer. Syrups, sweet malts, dry.

330 ml bottle (2,5% at my bottle). Clear, deep reddish brown body with a big, dense beige head. Aroma is heavy malt and some light burnt brown sugar. Flavor is mostly sweet malt and almost no bitterness. Sticky and almost undrinkable.

Bottle in Trafalgar Pub, Eindhoven. Dark brown body with rocky head. Sweet nose. Sweet and syrupy. Quite cola-like. Watery texture as well. Not a style I like much but this was okay.

bottle. Clear dark brown colour, beige head. Sweet and malty, very very shy hops in the finish. Very sweet but still nice.

Trade with Fonefan. It is almost black with a red hue and a creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt and candy. The flavour has sweetness and notes of candy sugar, malt, slightly perfumed candy and it ends on a dry note. The overall impression is a bit perfumed and watery.
