| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Bottle. A clear, brown beer with a tan head of moderate to small size. Sweet, sugary maltyness on the nose, dried fruits blending in. The flavor is sweet and malty, with cellar and dried fruits, some malt extract as well. Thin and sticky mouthfeel. Sweet finish. A rather unusual beer in a way, but quite pleasant for it’s ABV-range and style. 090925 Izio (40), Germany
