Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours a very pale, hazy golden with a nice, extremely white creamy head. Lots of bubbles streaming up through the liquid. Aroma is light banana, some apples, a little herbal fruitiness. Acceptable mouthfeel, though a little thin. Flavour is sweet, but still balanced. Some fruitiness and spiciness helps. Though this isn’t great, it is nice on a rather hot day like today after working on the appartment.

Draught at the brewpub
Served with a lemon slice in the glass (sic); hazy blond color; creamy head. Strong aroma of Weissebier. Good body strength, wheat character, drier on the finish. Strong ending bitterness. Not bad.

Brillant orange colour with a small rim. Nose yielding citrus, oranges, wheat, as well as a bit of both clove and banana. I’m not getting the Poire William the brewery claims. Cloves again in the taste, very German Weizen-like, with a bit of sweet fruitiness. Weizen-like mouthfeel with wheat slickness, sweet but very subdued, in fact. One might have tried more into the Weizen, or even Dunkelweizen mold - this is too subdued.
