Draught at "Salone della Birra Artigianale 2007" - Milan.
Light head of short resistance. Clearly orange color, tending to light copper with a fine and light fizz. Dense and fraught. Much balanced and complex aroma with typical notes of scald malt, moisturize wood and cortex. Much dry and overbearing bitter taste. Determined but not excessive alcohol content. Candied and light bittersweet final.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty moderate hoppy aroma. Not so hoppy as IPAs usually are. Spicey woody flavor. Long nice "oak" finish. Oily palate. I like this one.

[bottle] Deep copper body, small to medium white head. Estery, hoppy aroma. Medium body, dry and slightly bitter finish. A well-hopped, balanced ale; I’m just not sure if it deserves to be called a real IPA, so this may detract a bit from the final score. Nice and drinkable.

Cloudy light amber color. The aroma is hoppy and lightly fruity, sugar too. Medium body strength, powerful bitterness, but not as much Cascade a promised.
