<i>Can as "Dorada Cerveza"</i> &#40;BB 12/2008&#41;<br /> Suur aitäh Mairele&#033; Golden color, small white head. Dry straw-hay and malt aroma, some iron too. Quite ordinary bulk lager, although not the worst of them. Sweet malty flavor with quite light palate, hints of corn. Dry and harsh finish.

33 cl can: my neighbor brought 4 cans back for me from the Canary Islands. Poured light straw yellow with a smallish white head. Mild grain aroma. The taste is not too awful with food. Reminds me of Heineken. Grain, a bit of yeast, and the alcohol tends to stick out up front. Somewhat sweet also. Seemed to be mildly skunked even being in a can. How’d they do that?

Metallic, astringent nose. Probably not helped by being from a can. Pours uriney yellow with a quickly disappearing added CO2 head. The flavour and drinkability is pretty much all you can expect from these hot-climate, one choice only local lagers. That is to say, not much finesse, but in the setting thirst-quenching and very drinkable. I’ve had worse in this holiday beer style &#40;Bali Hai springs to mind&#41;.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with large creamy white mostly lasting head. Sweet flavor. Malty aroma. Watery palate.
