Dec 27, 2006 Ligt golden color, thick fluffy head,..very plesant one,...let me see,..the aroma of sweet malts is distinct with a slight undertone of floral hopping.
Starts with a good thick blast of bready malty body with the hop character subdued then mellows on the palate in a silky smoothness

Sep 29, 2002 a good dortmunder - doesnt make you quiver at the knees or wet yer pants i know but there it is. immediately malty smells, followed by surprise! round malty flavours, with trace of brown sugar, and grassy hops more like seasoning than substance. very pale, but full, juicy and chocolate-nutty.
