Verry little in the way of aroma, slight malt and metal. Flavor is week malt,a hint of fruit, and a tiny hop finish. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2008 A pretty good beer froim Mexico. A Pretty standard dark however. Interesting plain aroma of malts and dried grain. Limited hop taste and flavour. Overall, the mouthfeel is boring and makes this beer fairly average on a whole. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Sep 29, 2008 Bottle (355ml). Poured in-between amber and copper with a small, rocky, off-white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet caramel malts with maple syrup, cranberries, odd cobweb-like notes and dusty old nuts (the type found underneath the couch). Flavor was of sweet, buttery malts with virtually no bitterness, brown sugar, dust, cobwebs and strange notes stale/bad nuts in the aftertaste. Light bodied with lively carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish. MrBeerFanatic (363), jamestown, New York, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 24, 2008 Pours light to medium dark amber with a beige/ almost white head. Aromas of sweet apple, touch of caramel, and a little hops. Flavors of apple, corn, caramel, other grains and a malty sweetness. Slightly bitter end. Watery. Not to bad. I enjoyed this more than Dos’s other beer. CaptainChaos (13), , North Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 22, 2008 This is my favorite Mexican restaurant beer. It is great to drink with ACP. It has a deep Amber color to it and is very rich and hearty. I must say that I enjoy this beer a lot.
