| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 30, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours obviously an amber color with a light off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, slightly nutty flavor. Light to medium bodied. I don’t always drink beer...well, actually I almost always drink beer. LordCorkscrew (967), Ronco Scrivia (GE), Italy

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 21, 2009 Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a Pilsener glass. There is no noticeable freshness date on the bottle.
Appearance: The body has a dark golden honey color with very good clarity and lots of carbonation rushing to the surface. On the top sits a soft foamy white head that fades quickly. Lacing is minimal and slick.
Smell: Its aroma has a light character with hints of grainy malt sweetness and mild grassy/leafy hops.
Taste/Mouth: The flavor has a thin, mild sweetness overall. There are hints of sweet grainy malt, husk and toasted biscuits. Hop flavor is very mild and it offers very little bitterness for balance. It finishes fairly quick, crisp and clean. The palate has a smooth easy drinking texture with just enough carbonation and a medium body.
Notes: It’s not the best or most complex Vienna Lager but it is drinkable with no off putting flavors.

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 20, 2009 Amber colour (shocking!), little aroma. Tasted rounded and smooth. A little sweet like a honey beer with a slight bit of nuttyness. Not that the regular Dos Equis is a mind blower at all but I’d readily drink it before this one... probstk (1042), Nepean, Ontario, Canada
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 20, 2009 355 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Clear amber with a so-so light tan froth.
Aroma: Dirty, earthy, kinda British malts, a little wet ash, a touch of better, caramel/fruity malt, some cereal/grain, no hops at all.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Like the nose, there are some stark malts, an odd dirty ash/mineral flavour, just a hint of nutty malt, no hops; dry with barely a hint of bitterness.
Definitely NOT the most interesting beer in the world. Jethro6191 (25), USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | Oct 17, 2009 Draft. Pours dark amber with almost no head. Sweet malty aroma and flavor. Overall, this is a pretty boring beer. checkmatei1 (630), Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Oct 14, 2009 Draft: Poured a amber color without much head. The aroma was sweet. The flavor was a watered down lager. Overall, one of the better macros out there but not one I’m dying to have again. poisoneddwarf (190), Rathdrum, Idaho, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/20 | Oct 10, 2009 Mexican Nite Cerveza Numero Tres!! 12 oz bottle. Aroma is of...nothing. I can literally smell almost nothing. Faint malt presence maybe. Color is amber (duh), pours a nice head with no retention, no lacing. Flavor is maltier than the Corona or Tecate, which is no surprise given the darker hue (duh!). Listed on here as an American Dark Lager but it’s more like a Vienna, isn’t it? Whatever. It’s a boring beer, just like the other two cervezas on my Mexican NIte. I just realized I gave all three a 1.2--weird.
