Bottle. Pours a amber/copper color with a thin off white head. Aroma is of caramel and malt. Taste is the same, but less exciting and a little bitter. Fairly watery. A passable beer, but for the price I’d rather go with something else.

Appearance: amber copper color. Little to medium head with ivory color. Aroma: caramel, sugar and maybe to ripe fruits. Flavor: caramel malts start, lightly sweet. Slight hops, sugar, stone-peaches, toast and honey notes. Candy aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body and medium carbonation. Mediocre.

I’d say this is a little better than your average Mexican beer. It pours a dark amber color however tastes a lot lighter than it looks. Watery at times. Easy drinking though and refreshing enough. I’d be curious to do a taste test with this and, I don’t know, almost any other Mexican beer and see if there’s a difference.

Pours with a small, fizzy, off-white head covering a clear amber-brown body. Aroma of grass, cheap malts and some vinegar. Taste is weak and watery, a bit malty and salty. Dry-fizzy mouthfeel.

One of the better Mexican macro brews. I would take this or a Pacifico over mast anything else. There is a nice light maltiness that is missing in the others.

I dont know if its marketing buzz of the "amber," but this seemed a little better. Still very smooth and too sweet, there really is no reason to drink this unless you are at a mexican place and its the special. Just plain boring.

Im not gonna go through all the nuances...this beer is pretty generic. Basic American Amber Lager. Not awful, but I’d just as soon have a Mich Amber Bock than this overpriced stuff.
