Draft at PJW. Poured an amber body with barely any head. The aroma was nice - the palate was smooth and luxurious. Easy brew to drink bhensonb (4336), Woodland, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Bottle. Light caramel aroma. Reddish tinged amber color with a white head that ringed rapidly. Medium bodied. Near creamy carbonation. The flavor is more like a pale lager, but there is some caramel. Possibly a small amount of bitter in the finish. Certainly much more flavorful than the sickly pale gold things that come in clear bottles. bozoNZ (495), Christchurch, New Zealand

Very light aroma, most of the aroma is the lime placed on the pint glass by the bartender. Same with the flavor. There’s not much to this beer, but it’s the best draught at a lot of restaurants, and that’s the only reason I would drink it. prosqtor (408), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA

Added to my RB list to check "Mexico" as a beer country consumed. A constant with Mexican dinner. Ruddy amber color with a fair amount of head. Aromas whisper of nuttiness. Mild mouthfeel. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 1, 2007 Pours maroonish amber, with basically no head. Smell is almost non-existant, but a bit metallic and light malt. Taste is actually ok, but mostly malty and no hops at all really. Pretty watery, and thin flavored with some malt and high carbonation. Easy to drink, refreshing, I suppose, and better than regular dos equis in the sense that it doesn’t have any skunky or off flavors, but rather just very lightly flavored. Decent and drinkable, but not one to seek out. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jul 31, 2007 This beer is short on flavor, aroma, craftsmanship and interest and long on fans who think it is an exotic and special beer. Aside from watering the steps, this brew is only good for keeping an American macro out of your hands if those are the only other beers at the party.
