| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 21, 2009 Pours a deep orange almost amber color with a tight white head and a little lace. This is fairly void of aroma, maybe a faint bit of hops and a little roasty malt, but that’s straining the nose for sure. Flavor is nice, there is a minimal adjunct character to this one, some nice caramel, some faint hoppiness that lends a nice balance just a little roastiness. Nothing special, a little bland but better than quite a few Mexican beers I have had. DarkSong (111), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jul 19, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a golden reddish color with a tiny quickly vanishing head. It has a skunky and malt aroma to it. It has a skunky taste to it along with a very slight nut taste. This is a refreshing beer and is not too bad for a macro brewery beer. R6master (15), Texas, USA

Flavor is grainy and a little like caramel popcorn. Finish has some caramel and is a liitle metallic. JoeMurphy (32), Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 11, 2009 Light bodied and easy to drink - goes great with a hot day, or hot food. Everything doesn’t have to be a beer-snob beer - sometimes you just need something easy to sip after mowing the lawn. weitz15 (77), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA

Pours a rusty, amber bourbon color that looks very thin and clammy. No head to speak of.
Slight tone of amber malt but that’s it. Not bad but not much of anything.
Relatively clean and sparse amber malt. Slight ginger/sarsparilla feel. Not powerful but enjoyable enough, especially with appropriately spiced food.
Crisp on the palate aided by carbonation tingle.Slight pine to the hop pucker. Finish is clean of aftertaste.
This one’s a nice spot start. Not one for the regular rotation but when the matchups are good it’ll eat up some innings.
