GMUcrew7 (152), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA May 10, 2008 Pours nice caramel color, with light beige head. Very sweet aroma, hint of honey. Flavor is not bad just weak, sweet caramel and brown sugar. Body is very light and watery.
rodneykm (107), Westminster, South Carolina, USA Jul 15, 2008 Good: Crisp and easy to drink. Had a dark beer after taste to it but a lager feel to it
Bad: Felt very "hollow" which confused me when the dark after taste came through.
Overall: I’ll try again I’m sure, but I wont go out of my way to do so. Swalden_28 (508), McKinney, Texas, USA Jul 14, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX.
Pours a nice looking clear amber with nice off-white head, good retention. Not much aroma, very faint caramel with a very light touch of maple. Flavor of faint caramel malt and hops, balanced. Mouthfeel is light with high carbonation...Over all, it is a tasty easy drinking beer.... Imaena (160), Portland, Maine, USA Jul 13, 2008 Bottle 08’. Dont know how it ours or smells because i drank this out of the bottle as it was meant to be. Wet cardboard and light white noise hopping. NOt bad with queso and chips. I would never drink it solo unless desperate. But hey its summer and you do what you can. CaryTheDude (105), Ripon, Wisconsin, USA Jul 13, 2008 I love it when the bottle says it’s one thing and ratebeer classifies it as something else. This beer isn’t as awesome as the Most Interesting Man, otherwise it’d have a beard and be badass. biznizness (668), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA Jul 12, 2008 Had this at the Prickly Pear in Mooresville. I guess it’s better than the regular one? Who knows. Dos Equis tends to disappoint unless I’m on a beach in Mexico. Word.
