Light body, medium-high carbonation. Contrary to the name, there’s nothing special about this brew. Niko100 (114), New York, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Light straw color; Light to medium body; Aroma of malt and grain; Flavor primarily of light malt & hops and some caramel; Not as bland or watery as I expected; Actually this is a decent macro lager - one of the better Mexican brews for me. wingman333 (239), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Nov 23, 2009 Great ads, mediocre beer. Why do so many people like this? Primarily corn in flavor, clear, goes flat easily. One must jam a lime into the top if one seeks any taste other than corn. Pretty much glorified swill beer. Not good. But I just love that guy! We bought a stand up model of him from a liquor store for a party and he actually made some of the female guests uncomfortable because he kept staring at them. App.: Clear golden with a small white head.
Aroma: Generic light cereal/grain malts, a touch of caramel, a bit of floral and grassy hops, a weird sweetness.
Palate: Medium body and medium-ish carbonation.
Flav.: Like the nose, there is some light malt, a touch of caramel, a wee hint of hops; dry with no bitterness to speak of.
Ole? The commercials are WAY better than the beer. Stay thirsty, my friends.
