Aug 28, 2008 flavor is cereral, sunburned beer and wet cardboard. clear yellow, small but nice fine white head. truly boring flavor, bordering bad flavor.palate like mineral water with gas. overall real mexican in the bad way, add sunburned beer, and some fizz. very boring. very thin.

Aug 24, 2008 Bottle, pours a golden-yellow color and smells of grain, grasses and perhaps some citrus. Flavor is fairly mild and watery with a sweet, grain and citrus flavor. Finish is slightly bitter, yet pleasant tasting. Drank this at a birthday BBQ and it really hit the spot, though if you’re looking for complexity, look elsewhere.

Aug 16, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, pale gold with a thin white head which dissipated quickly. Nose was weak and unimpressive hay & grass. Taste was weak as well with some grass. Mouthfeel was thin and watery with some carbonation. Did not like this.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle. Kind of like an amplification of that mexican beer taste you can vaguely detect in Corona, Tecate etc. Pretty unimpressive. However, I’ll give them credit for the most interesting man ad campaign, sure reminded me I’ve never tried this.

Aug 15, 2008 I’d rather talk about the pork tacos that I had with this beer at dinner than this beer. Served on some steaming hot little corn tortillas with some juicy pork piled in and finished of with some pico and a light but smoky sour cream sauce. Tasty! The beer itself if I must discuss it was clear gold with no head. Smelled like grass and sugar and a foot. Tasted about the same.

Aug 14, 2008 Slightly more impressive than its amber brother, but still nothing to rave about. Easy drinking beer. If your going for some sort of cheap frat party beer, go ahead and buy this.

Aug 11, 2008 Pours with a small white head that is mostly diminshing. The beer has a citrus-like aroma with some hay, grain, and yeast in the scent.
It is light on the palate with light carbonation. The beer has a yellow, clear hue.
It has a moderately bitter Finish. All in all, i felt this beer tastes very watered down. I am looking forward to trying the Dos Equis Amber sometime in the next 8 days.
