Commercial Description:
Dos Equis Special Lager is a refreshing, crisp, golden, lager style beer imported from Mexico. Made with roasted malts, choice hops, a unique strain of yeast and purified water, this distinctive brew is known simply as “Lager” in its homeland.

355ml Bottle.
Yellowish beer with a small white head. Watery sweet nose and flavour. Not much there.

A simple lager not very heavy it has minimal taste it goes easy great lawn mowing beer... its better than corona but that is not saying much i’d probably rate modelo above it ..... go for it if you feel like spending an extra couple bucks on a light lager

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle marked: 2501x87E0333. Pours golden yellow and I did not add a lime wedge. Medium carbonation and a short-lived white, fizzy head. It disappears almost immediately. The malted aroma was better than I expected. Medium mouthfeel. Hops are light and subtle in the flavor and that makes it a bit distinctive. Both smooth and dry.

Bottle. Aromas of light grain, grass, cooked vegetable, and vinegar. Head is small, white and fizzy with no lacing and quickly diminishes. Color is clear yellow/amber. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finshes lightly acidic and very lightly bitter. Palate is light, watery and has a fizzy carbonation. Refreshing and light in every way, but not my favorite Mexican Lager.

This is a very good beer. It goes down smooth, not rough at all. It can be found anywhere and at a good price.

Pours yellow hue, with very little head. A little bit of a skunky smell, but nothing too bad. My favorite mexican/commercialized beer. I normally break the "man law" and have it with lime and salt.

Real light taste not filling good with food. Could not finish a six pack like drinking a non alchoholic beer. Wife and sister loved it.

An OK Mexican beer. Hard to distinguish from the others, only difference is the bottle. It might be good in the summer at the beach
