Not much flavor, but what you can taste is okay. It is crisp and refreshing. That’s good Mexico!

12oz bottle vanishing head, pours golden in color with lots of carbonation, but is very close to drinking water

Draft at On The Border’s Cinco party. Very thin in body, pale straw color, a small fizzy head, and grainy aroma basically defines this beer. Not a whole lot to it.

5/2/08: Bottle.
Pale yellow body with a lemony lager nose. Slightly straw-like flavor.

They don’t always drink beer but when they do they prefer Patrón Reposado Barrel Aged Jalapeno Imbued Dos Equis. I WISH!

Bottle and served in standard pint glass. Piss pale hue with a fizzy head and minimal lace. The aroma has notes of DMS and corn with a hint of grassy hops and even a hint of salt water. The taste is veggies and husky grain with a dash of herbs upon the finish. The mouth feel is sprite and somewhat refreshing. Honestly this beer is not half bad when eating some spicy mex-tex but sucks by itself.

(Bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/maine/augusta/l target=blank>Lou’s Beverage Barn) Pours clear pale pee yellow with a decent-looking pillowy white head. Aroma of cereal, bread, even a little egg (and incredibly no skunkiness). Mouthfeel is thin and prickly. Some decent rings of lacing. Flavor is sweetish rice and cereal. Some paper taste just for good measure. Actually not that bad and far from the worst pale lager.

Got this for free from the Dos Equis girls, and was pleasantly surprised. Had a nice clean roasted taste to it, one of the better Mexican beers I’ve had
