MBison (445), Southern Highlands, Australia Sep 9, 2008 Bottle (355ml). Poured fizzy yellow with a small, rocky, white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet grainy malts with some metallic notes, a touch of honey and just a hint of lemon citrus. Flavor was thin, watery, bland and far too sweet; gainy malts with just a hint of lemon – no bitterness and a clean finish. Light bodied with medium carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish.
Skyview (3063), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Nov 30, 2008 Sampled during Swig-a-Swill Guzzler in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear straw pale brew with a thin white head that totally disappears clean when served at 35° F. Aroma of golden grain malt, some mild grassy hops and a hint of corn. Taste is light bodied, plenty of carbonation and flavors of golden grain malt, corn and grassy hops. Finish is pretty much watery, clean cut with no aftertaste. jjpm74 (3447), Connecticut, USA Nov 29, 2008 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of apples, skunky. Tastes skunky and caramelly with a touch of sweet malt on the finish. danielyabu (117), Curitiba, Brazil Nov 27, 2008 essa Pale Lager/American Adjunct Lager mexicana é uma versão agradável do tradicional "pão líquido".
SkyCop32 (139), Morlautern, Germany Oct 29, 2008 What can you say about XX besides it is a low end skunk. This is cool when you are young but should be forbidden after age 21. keepersj12 (463), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA Oct 28, 2008 Pretty bland. A lot of skunk. Maybe an old bottle. At least I hope so. Keep it in Mexico.
