| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 25, 2009 Amber colored beer with white head. Strong hoppy flavor that is well balanced with the overall malt. The alcohol flavor is a bit strong at first but tapers away. It is a great beer and I think I prefer it to regular Arrogant Bastard. I just couldn’t drink it every day at 10%. I look forward to Double AB every year!! skmikeg (73), Poway, California, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | May 21, 2009 Yuck! I had high expectations for this one, given it’s rating and reputation. It pours into the glass llike syrup. Very unattractive. Very low carbonation. Taste is excessively sweet, like cotton candy. Not enough hop balance. This doesn’t taste at all like beer. Will not be buying this one again... highly overrated! Rciesla (3610), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
