Commercial Description:
This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate. ’Course there’s always the masochists...

Powerful, intense, malty. Pours really nice into a deep amber color with a nice head. Taste is intense of well balanced malts, and alcohol.

Thanks to Ramenen. Bottle: Complex and big, sweet malty notes with fruit, hops and caramel touches. The body is heavy, oily and thick. Lives up to expectations.

Thanks to Geoff from Firehouse for hooking me up with these bottles in LV. Pours a nice robust caramel red, and the lacing head is chino, spidery and fine. An excellent nose, with a spicy hop bouquet and a firm malt twist. It’s a very creamy beer in the mouth, almost feels like a steam beer in that respect. Excellent hop translucence mixes with the malt bop and finishes with a clean, refreshing albeit exceedingly alcoholic zing. Not for the novice beer drinker!!

Pours hazy, caramel red. Head is reddish. Tons of malt up front, hops even a little earthiness in this one. Creamy, good body. Great beer.

Bottle. Clear red-brown with a creamy bubbly beige rather short lasting head leaving a good creamy lacing. Aroma of roasty malt, chocolate, caramel. Great mouthfeel. Sweet nice malty alco bombing hoppy flavour.

Dark red-brown color. Creamy head. Fruit and malt aroma. Strong apricot candy flavor. A bitter finish but not overpowering. Hint of smoke. Lots of hops. Massive beer.
