Commercial Description:
This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate. ’Course there’s always the masochists...

A red beer with a small disappering head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries. The flavor is great; totally dominated by hops but combined with berries and roasted notes (chocolate?). A wonderful beer. Thanks to Mads Berg for sharing this.

(Bottle 65 cl) Hazy, orangey brown with a dense, stable, beige head that leaves some laces. Fat aroma of caramel and overripe fruit. Fairly full body with lots of sweet caramel, overripe fruit and cinnamon. A fairly hoppy finish. Lovely. 030407

Bottled, thanks hopsrus!! Deep red, rich head. Soapy balsamic grapefruit aroma. Sweet and syrupy with soft mouthfeel and cookie malt flavuor. The oiliness and bitterness casued by an extreme amount of hops are being balanced by a huge body and loads of alcohol, but the sweetness is shining through a little, detracting from the perfect hop juice image.

Bottle 650ml. @ home.
Clear medium orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dark berry, moderate hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20090206]

Bottled@Akkurat. Deep murky copper coloured with small beige head, that stays for quite a while. Aroma is full of fruits, wood, nectar and mild notes of syrupy sweetness as well as some notes of alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same along with some vanilla and mild plummy notes too. Rather sweet for most of the part, but also some bittering notes preventing the sweetness to totally take over. Really pleasant!
