Gazza (720), Worcester, Worcestershire, England Oct 28, 2007 Bottle at Cruzat, BsAs. Fairly phenolic pale beer, presumably it’s not supposed to be like that! A dry, malty taste hides behind but the thin body lets the phenols ruin the experience for me.
davidpl (410), Santiago, Chile Mar 28, 2008 Appearance: dark golden to clear amber color. Little head with white color.
Aroma: yeasty and citric smells some herbals from hops. Slightly mentholated. Aromatic reminiscences of grapefruits.
Flavor: yeasty and mineralized taste, mainly. Citric-hops progress with reminiscences of peel-lemon. Slight plastic background, some unpleasant.
Palate: light body with low to medium carbonation.
Mediocre beer. Stine (1354), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA Jul 5, 2007 Bottle at Portofino Cafe, Mendoza. Unfiltered and glowing bright orange appearance. Chlorine water, honey and butterscotch on the nose. Quiet forest tones of taste with a punchy gin and lime zest character. A tint of soap. Crisp, with satisfying bitterness. Somewhat full-bodied for its style. A solid creation, its chemical flaws being hidden for the most part. Lubiere (3410), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Jun 10, 2006 Golden ale with a thin white head. Fresh biscuity malt aroma. In mouth, a good biscuity malt, with light hopping, lighter bodied, and quite quaffable. On tap at the brewery, May 2006.
