TheGrandMaster (1490), Auckland, New Zealand Feb 9, 2007 Half pint gravity fed at the Battersea Beer Festival, pours black with a bubbly tan head. A warming roasted malt aroma with chocolate notes. A light mouthfeel (maybe a little watery), but a strong finish with a tasty bitter chocolate flavour. harrisoni (5331), Ashford, Kent, England Jun 3, 2008 Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Black with dark brown edges. Rather a lovely choccy aorma. OK, definitely a choccy porter. Rather good. Mes_and_Sim (4476), Highgate, Greater London, England Feb 10, 2008 A Mes rate: Gravicask at Battersea Beer Festival. Lovely dark black red colour with a thin bubbly head. Nice coffee and dark malt aroma with some slight sulphurous notes. Much more like a mild than a porter in the mouth. Nice coffee and mellow malt. Really pleasant and drinkable if not a high scorer. mirjukka (436), LOHJA, Finland Feb 15, 2008 real ale cask at St Urho’s
