Jun 30, 2009 Had this with the Downtown Grill & Brewery sampler. It wasn’t too bad but it certainly wasn’t as good as most of the other beers.

Jan 20, 2009 Stopped in after the Xmas Eve^3 at tronraner’s. Clear yellow pour with small white head and some lacing. Nose is a faint corn. Flavor has a very slight floral hop that balances out the malt fairly well. Very grainy and overly attenuated body with moderate carbonation.

Jan 19, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear yellow color with a thin white head. The aroma was grainy, with grassy notes. The flavor was grainy, with not much of a hop finish.

Dec 23, 2008 Draught. Nose was faint, a bit of fruit, some grain. Flavor is fruity, a bit sweet, with an odd skunkiness to it that lingers and builds up on the finish. Mouthfeel is light and moderately fizzy. Not impressive, and Kolsch is generally one of my favorite styles.

Nov 17, 2008 Clear yellow with a thin, quickly disappearing white bubbly head. Light malt aroma, body is skunky adjunt, corny. A small hop finish.

Jun 8, 2008 on tap-pours a dissipating white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is husky grain-some sweetness. Taste is husky grain-some sweetness, some continental hops. OK carbonation.

Mar 21, 2008 This beer starts off wheaty/ soft malty. It was virtually without aroma. Has notes of pear and apple, but finishes with a kiss from the hops. Interesting, but not my favorite.
