Surprisingly strong aroma of nuts and occasional wet-dog earthy tones. Flavor is nutty with a bitter hop finish. Palate is light, very dry, and refreshing. aracauna (2389), Georgia, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Draft. Pale in the glass with a white head that left some light lacing. Very subdued aroma but almost a hay and hint of malt. Wheat in the flavor with light citrus. Light body. muenster (340), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 2, 2006 Draught at brewery. Pours pale yellow, with a minimal white head. The aroma is faint, but there is a little hay present. The flavor is more full than I expected, very yeasty with some lemon and finishes biscuity. decaturstevo (1997), decatur, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 16, 2006 That Kolsch flavor that I can’t describe. It had that bitter that I associate with the style. Not much aroma partly because of the guy beside me was smoking. This baby was a clear light gold. It was a nice crisp clean smooth drinker with a hint of sweet malt. It was just a tad watery at the end, but overall a pretty good brew. awebster (165), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
